It's quite nice. The neighbors are quiet, and the amenities are excellent.

The property manegement team is very accomadating to make things right if there is an issue.

Its clean, its quiet , well maintained and managed by people that seem to really care ! As a resident since April, I quickly figured out that this is not your average apartment community. The residents are a mix of professionals and very well behaved families.

It's great as a student. I have no complaints personally. The service is helpful, timely, and welcoming. Parking is never an issue. I've never had an incident with the gates or the electronic keycards. I keep mostly to myself, but the people around the neighborhood have not been a bother. The gym is small but there is never more than three or four people in there. If you live in the center of the community, you'll be equally close to the trash pick-up, recycling, and laundry machines, as they are spaced out. I've never used the pool or the tennis courts. The car wash is convenient if you want to spray or vacuum your car. I've had no pest problems, but occasionally the heater will give off that irony scent. A little on the expensive side, but definitely worth the money.
